All services provided are subject to:

• A clearly defined project scope
• Written agreement (email, proposal, or contract)
• Agreed timelines and deliverables

Any additional work outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

• All quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise
• Prices may vary depending on project requirements
• Final pricing will be confirmed before project commencement

• A deposit (30%–50%) is required before starting any project
• Remaining balance must be paid upon project completion or per milestone agreement
• Late payments may result in project delays or suspension

Non-payment may result in:

• Suspension of services
• Removal of delivered work (if applicable)

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
• Refunds (if any) are provided at our sole discretion
• No refunds will be issued for completed work or approved milestones

The Client agrees to:

• Provide all necessary content, assets, and access required for the project
• Ensure all provided materials (text, images, etc.) are legally owned or licensed
• Respond promptly to communication and approvals

Delays from the Client may affect deadlines and delivery timelines.

• Upon full payment, the Client will own the final delivered website/project
• We retain the right to:
  • Showcase completed work in our portfolio
  • Use non-confidential work for promotional purposes

Preliminary designs, drafts, and unused concepts remain our property unless agreed otherwise.

Projects may involve third-party tools or services (e.g., hosting, domains, plugins, APIs).

We are not responsible for:

• Third-party service failures or downtime
• Licensing costs unless included in the agreement
• Ongoing costs related to external services

Unless explicitly agreed:

• Ongoing maintenance is not included after project delivery
• Future updates or support may require a separate agreement or fee

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service
• We are not responsible for:
  • Data loss
  • Security breaches
  • Business losses due to website issues

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate a project if:
  • Payments are not made
  • Communication is unreasonably delayed
  • Terms are violated

If a project is terminated:

• Work completed up to that point will be billed
• No refunds will be issued for completed work

You agree not to:

• Use the Website for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the Website
• Copy or reproduce content without permission
